Returns and warranty policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your BrisaNova purchase. If it doesn’t fit your space, we make returns effortless so you get your money back or a replacement quickly.
Time frames and conditions
You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a free return. Items must include original packaging and accessories.
Transport damages must be reported within 48 hours so we can issue a priority replacement.
Collection process
We arrange pickup at the original delivery address within 2-4 business days.
Once the item is back and inspected, we issue the refund within 3-5 business days using the original payment method.
2-year warranty
Manufacturing defects are covered for 24 months. We organise repairs or full replacements at no extra cost.
The warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorised manipulation or accidental damage unrelated to transportation.
