Shipping policy

BrisaNova oversees logistics through a dedicated network of certified warehouses across Europe and Asia, ensuring full traceability and quality control for every shipment.

Preparation and handling

Every order is confirmed manually within 24-48 business hours. We check stock, quality and packaging before releasing the fulfilment request to the assigned warehouse.

If we detect any inventory issue, we will contact you to offer an immediate refund or a comparable alternative product.

Transit times

Standard deliveries are estimated between 6 and 12 business days. Remote areas or peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas) may extend the window up to 15 business days.

Priority orders receive accelerated quality control and the fastest route available (4-6 business days).

Tracking and communication

Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as parcels leave the warehouse. You can always request a status update at hola@brisanova.com.

If a parcel shows no scans for 72 business hours we open a claim with the carrier and keep you informed every 24 hours.
